READ THE DEFINITION: I can use the word because I am a woman! You have shown what you are one too with your reply, customer's always right! I could have been nicer but KING deliberately infuriates its users to force them to spend money so you need to pay attention to the complaint and do something about it. OR NOT! I have complained with less bombastic words and not gotten responses. Very funny that this is the only way to get your attention.
