Yes…very frustrating.
I have not seen the advertisement yet but I will keep a lookout for it
After reporting and opting out it takes at least 12-24hrs. I haven’t received that ad all day. Things don’t magically fix themselves within minutes sometimes.

In addition to posting here regarding the same issue, I also reported to King (using 'Contact Us' ). Their autoreply was to to shutdown / restart !
I removed Candy Crush Saga app & downloaded the app from AppStore & it is working fine.
HOWEVER, I lost all boosters that I had earned..BUT the Gold I had was not NOT affected!
And so, the above experiment helped but had a big cost!!
Can anyone experienced the same?

BTW, I use iPhone 11 pro with iOS 15.6.1
We had some issues with ads freezing the game, but this should already be fixed.
