I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

Hi , I need a help. I have lost my progress when my tablet was broken and I had to buy a new one. I never had a facebook account or King account and now I start from level 1. I take me almost 4 years to go on level 1700+ ( cant remember exactly, byt it was over 1700). Now I got King account my nick name is - monisia and facebook and I am currently on level 65. Please could U do something in my case? If I back on level 1700 I will be happy enough . My game ID is 8633565448
Hi I have a similar issue, I accidently uninstalled my Candy Crush Saga and it was not connected to a Facebook or King account. When I reinstalled it I started back at level 1. I was at approximately level 700. Is there anything that can be done to recover my lost progress. My user ID on the newly installed app is 8626808394.
I had the same issue. Emailed customer care and no response. Just finished 2510 and tried to sync to facebook and back down to level 1. Please help with the restore. I'm not worried about the few gold bars or extras but I can't imagine starting from scratch after reaching the last level!

Hi, I have the same problem. Didn't register with FB, only with GooglePlay. Suddenly back to level 1, and when I try to log in with my GooglePlay email it says account doesn't exist

Hi! I have deactivated my FB account a year ago and by that time I just continued to play Candy Crush Saga as a guest I think. By that time I was playing it through that FB account. Now I have a new FB account and I'm afraid to connect my progress to either FB or King because I don't know would it save. I'm currently on level 1881. What should I do?

I would like some help too. I deleted the game and reinstalled because it was taking up lots of documents and data on my phone and lost my progress. I've done this with other apps and been fine because they were saved in Game Center and I just assumed it was the same. I didn't sign up with an email because it never prompted me to and didn't sync with Facebook. Please help

Hi, I have also lost all my progress to candy crush because I was prompt to connect to my facebook account, but I have played candy crush under a condition that I did not sign up neither with my fb account or my email, in other words, playing it only as a guest. I am currently back to level 1 from level 400+, please help!

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
