The strawberry shortcake ad is broken and don’t let You close out after it’s shown. It’s forcing a restart of the game which is really frustrating. I’m in an iPhone 12 in case info is necessary.
We had some issues with ads freezing the game, but this should already be fixed.

Very frustrating that the Strawberry Shortcake ad is still not fixed. I lost my win streak rewards. How are you going to make it right King?
The new Strawberry Shortcake ad appearing today doesn’t allow it to be closed. I have to close down the game and start over. Totally frustrating! Is anyone else having this problem?

Almost Every time I click on the video the Strawberry Shortcake ad comes up and freezes, have to close out game completely, did this at least 20 times, very frustrating, it’s a waste my time, can’t enjoy playing the game!😡

the first response still did not provide a solution to the problem, add to that my dad's user can not even join the group created in family, talk to support about the benefits they give on watching advertising! or give you the daily prize, my father's user can not join a group, understanding that the game with id is damaged. ... reaching level 4441 of candy crush, my father does not want to start the game from scratch, sadly there is no answer to this inconvenience, they only responded that the benefits of when you lose a game and if you see the advertising three times you get free gifts, that in my mom and my user there are no problems, but my father never came out, adding the daily prize and now not being able to join the group, the last doubt would be to enter with the user so that from king! someone can solve this inconvenience or give me an email in which they see what I'm referring to .... I hope someone can help with this problem!
This ad is making it very frustrating!! Never been as disappointed with this game as much as I am right now. We struggle to get through some levels and that can be frustrating in itself, but then to have to deal with freezing ads is too much to deal with. It’s not something I would expect from you.

I removed the app to try to fix Strawberry Shortcake glitch and then when I logged back in the game had me more than 2000 levels behind where I was! How do I fix that?! I refuse to play more than 2000 levels again. 😩

Created a King acct just to report this, that’s how frustrated I am. How could you let an ad sabotage the game for most of the day?!
At this point I am boycotting Strawberry Shortcake Berry in the Big City.
