I submitted a support ticket 2 times and the automated response did not help. I had over 200 gold bars and they are all gone. I still have my boosters. I did not uninstall/reinstall the game and I’m still playing on the same iPhone device. Can someone email me vs me just getting g the automated response?

Gold bars are usually not lost if you do not purchase something through them. However, if you feel they have been lost without your use, you should contact our Player Support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
If you get an automatic reply, reply to the email with "Need Help". You will receive a manual reply from Player Support
