why do I lose my extra lives people give me when I have to reboot? on PC. ipad stores them

my computer just froze up on this game and now when I reboot the 5 extra lives friends sent are gone.. and why can we only have 10.. I have 14 players sending lives but the last ones are combined on last one..

    Hey tjgritts,

    On PC these lives are valid as long as your session lasts, but refreshing or rebooting makes you lose them.

    On mobile devices these lives are stored in temporary datafiles.

    yes I am aware of that but why?? cant they change it?? also I cant play on my mobile devices .. the levels are way behind.

    Sorry tjgritts, I didn't know you were already aware of that. As you know, boosters and lives do not synchronize between devices and PC. I have read somewhere too that levels are more likely to appear first on PC as there are different mobile systems to adapt these levels to, so that takes more time.
