how to restore all the level progress in candy crush saga.I was not connected to facebook.

In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.

One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.

Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.

The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!

If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.

As you keep making progress in the game, keep the game connected to the same Kingdom or Facebook account and you will be saving it automatically.

Problems with retrieving your saved game?

Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.

Select this option if you are playing on an Android device

Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device

Didn't save the game? Is it too late?

If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.

If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.

What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

Hi. I too lost all my progress. I was in the mid 600's. It asked to synch to facebook, I wasn't paying attention and now I am back to 1. I tried logging in and my email was found but nothing changed. Can someone please help?

Hi , thank You for reply. I had a Facebook account but I had to delete it. I was playing on my tablet but it is broken so I bought a new on . Unfortunately I never had a King account so my progres was not save. I was play for over 3 years and I was over level 1700 ( really cant remember exactly ) . Now I start from the beginning. Could U please somehow put me back on level 1700? Please I really like this game.

The game suddenly got stuck and also my pc (I downloaded the game from microsoft store), so I restarted it and when I tried to enter the game I saw that all of my progress was gone and I need to start over from level 1.. I was at level 271 please is there a way to restore my progress? I wasn't conectted to any account or email the pc just saved the progress. Thank you

Hi , I need a help. I have lost my progress when my tablet was broken and I had to buy a new one. I never had a facebook account or King account and now I start from level 1. I take me almost 4 years to go on level 1700+ ( cant remember exactly, byt it was over 1700). Now I got King account my nick name is - monisia and facebook and I am currently on level 65. Please could U do something in my case? If I back on level 1700 I will be happy enough . My game ID is 8633565448

Me too. My candy crush was not synced with facebook and lost about 200 levels from 640 approx. Please help to fix this.
