i won a competition 2nd place the screen to accept the prize froze and locked up my tablet. Only by shut down was it able to function again and my huge treasure chest was gone help me get my prizes

My issue is Not resolved!. I have responded that I need help to get him my account number. I use mobile phone and an iOS tablet( kindle fire) I don't get the king care logo. I sign in with Facebook ? I can't go further until someone gets back to me. I also experience empty gift boxes(Today) instead of a reward for gathering the incremental amount of color balls.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
