level 445 in Candy Crush, not dropping ingredients off

I have played and won several times. the berries and etc get to bottom, I use a bomb and once in awhile 1 willl drop off but the other doesnt. I have played it several times and I am getting mad because it is not letting me complete and win so I can move on. Been in this 1 game for 4 days now. I watch videos in you tube and I do as they do but it dont do on mine. Thank you, I dont know what else to do????
