That sounds like a template they use to answer all the queries they are probably being flooded with! I've tried that before but it messes with the challenges you have i.e. chocolate boxes, challenging friends etc. Perhaps I did it wrong, but now I can't do daily challenges with friends 😓

Agreed!!!! Candy Crush needs players and gain revenue from all the inapp purchases. They need our money, not the other way around.

Agreed! we have to keep posting and bump off those "counting up" threads from the recent discussion page. It's maddening to see even the mods participate in those threads. we all know they are posting so that candy crushers can't see all the complaints on the main screen 😡

I know !!! This is totally crazy! If you have say 400 lives banked, you are decreasing your total of lives every day until you are below 200??!! Why? why?
my belief is, they want us to finish the game by buying extra lives if you are close to the end and want to progress as otherwise you cannot play more than 20 times! God knows that some games takes a lot of trials before succeeding
