I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

I lost all my progress on Candy Crush Saga after synching with Facebook. I don't remember registering any email address to the site before that and have tried both that I use to which the result is "no account found".
Can you please help me restore my progress. I have dropped to level 460 from level 1470.
My dad was playing candy crush while connected to Facebook then it disconnected him from there while keeping his levels. He tried to reconnect but it said to connect to my personal Facebook where I’ve played 5 levels on there. My dad was on level 2232 ish and he lost it all, can anyone help?

I have restored my phone from a backup but lost all levels to Candy Crush Saga, I was around level 915 or so. I never played it through facebook and tried my email addresses in the Kingdom and they didn't work. A couple years ago when I switched phones my progress came with me then, but not after this restore. Please help! Thank you so much

I'm having the same problem. I tries to connect my progress with Facebook and it reset all my levels!! I was at 700 and it took me back to 1.
I'm having this problem on Soda Saga. I had my email registered and my other King games know it, but when I try to connect Soda it doesn't recognize my email.

Hi there, all my levels were lost after I got a new phone. I did a backup before I replaced the phone but levels were lost and didn't transfer for candy crush. For some reason the restore worked for other king games. I saw above to use my email to login but it didn't take me to the level I had been at on my iPhone. I have CC installed on several devices. Can you help me get back to where I was on my iPhone before it was replaced- it was around 2000. Thank you!!

I never played Candy Crush on my phone as it had me back in the 300's and I was well over that. I was up to level 2279ish playing on my laptop and when the update happened either yesterday or the night before, my level went down to the 300's. Its almost like it linked to my phone. I have uninstalled the app on my phone but still seem stuck. It took me over 2 years to get this far. Is there a fix for this?
My tablet just reset itself and couple weeks ago and I lost 650 levels on candy soda with no email and no Facebook. I would love some help as that took 2+ years

I tried to shift to new phone using Facebook"save" but instead I lost your progress and was shifted to level 1. Further I have tried email login but when I tried , I learnt I wasn't using any email. I have just registered with your website. Please help me, I was on level 1071 , episode 72 was finished recently.
