Concerning candy crush saga

I have completed a level on the current last stage, not sure of the number now, as I dont want to quit and have to do the level again, but the game is now in a never ending loop. I currently have over 20 000 000 as my score. It does not seem like this will come to an end. What do I do. I have taken screen shots.

hahaha, it just finished. 22 000 000 score, must be a record.
