Episode race is disappear already 3 days.
i'm level 12396, after i finish episode, i dont get any gold, please help.Thank you.

Yeah....I agree with you that passing levels has become very difficult and now they are making even more so by removing FAV5 (and Episode Race for some of us)....I also hope that whatever they come up with rewards us with even more boosters than FAV5 š¤
@La Ley My F5 is gone and episode race I think still there as I haven't finish the level of starting point yet. There is still have that icon on my left hand side of the map. I'm playing the mobile phone version.

Hello La Ley the issue of the Episode Race disappearing has happened to quite a few people. We have been told that the Race isn't being removed and the issue is under investigation.
To be honest I am a bit worried as this is precisely what we were told when people lost their Fantastic Five back in March.

My episode race disppeared just after I won it! Sadly the 40GB I won also didn't appear!
The race has now returned (it took a few days), but sadly not the GB
I still have the episode race but it's no help to me if I can't clear the levels! And then they took away our team F5 where I was able to work with a team to collect boosters. I sure hope that they introduce something new to replace F5 with the same, if not more, free boosters.

@La Ley, the F5 have been removed from the game. There was an announcement here in the community.Ā HERE.
I haven't had the episodic race for over a year. I play on Win11 and am at the end of the map before there are new levels. I don't know if it has now been removed in principle. That's what a candy Mod can tell you. I haven't read anything about it yet.
F5 has gone. Another way of earning boosters eliminated. I have not had the Episode Race for ages, but I think it might be still around.
The graphics of my game were all messed up, so I completely exited the game, then reopened it and all was well. I play the Win10 version.
Maybe you having issues with your game, mine is still there.
We are currently looking into what could have happened with the Episode Race for some players.

Thatās interesting, @Carol-38, because Iām at the same stage and lost the Episode Race at level 12501 too.
It seems as if that is the point at which the Episode Race disappeared and players at levels lower than that still have it, so Iāll be very interested to see what response you get to your question.
Hi @QueenB I have just started my 2nd episode that hasn't given me the epidode race. The first was levels 12501 to 12515, and I have just started and passed level 12516. Could you please confirm if there is a glitch in the system or if this is going to be a permanent removal.
Would really appreciate a response either way so that I can decide what my future involvement in the game will be.

Episode Race just disappeared for me. On a long streak of episode wins and it disappeared after I won my last episode a couple days ago.
I'm glad you still have it...I won't know if my Episode Race is back until Wednesday because I'm at the top of the map so that's when I will get new levels š¤·š½āāļø
@La Ley How is your progress of episode race? Is it still missing? Mine have completed 4 or 5 times after my last comment to you here. Now I can confirm with you it still there. Here is the proof:

Not holding my breathe either! Would you believe that just as I lost the 40GB, I also completed a choc box and won 10GB more! And guess what? They never arrived either.

Episode race has gone for me . Today I played 2 episodes but race was not there . After removing everything which can probably let players won some extra help , I wonāt be surprised if this will go as well . From 40 GB , they reduce it to 30, then 25 then again back to 40 and the story continues and now itās not there . Somebody celebrating the 10 years of its game by irritating the players looks to me a well Orchestrated step . I am sure they donāt care about the loyal players ( like I have been playing it for 10 years now ) .. they only care about money . Horrendous

I had the same issue on the episode race on Sept 6th. I finished it and won and claimed 40GB. Sadly, the episode race then immediately disappeared and the GBs never were credited. The race came back a couple of days later, but am still waiting for the GBs!!
I've won a couple more since and just cross my fingers when I claim. So far, it's worked again.
@MiladyR @La Ley sorry to hear that your episode race is not working. I think mine is, but Iām not sure anymore since I havenāt played in a couple of days. Iāll have to check later and see if I still have the episode race.

Well, apparently my Episode Race is not working now. It seems to be stuck.
As you can see, the race has been over, but there is no change to my gold bars. I am on already on level 4479.

My friend when I opened up my game today I did not see the Episode Races so I played one life and lost closed the game then opened it back up and then the Episode Races was back in my game although I miss my Fantastic 5 Team and hope King Games comes up with something just as good or better than involves a Team for us all even though I think they are trying to keep from it......my opinion only....who knows but soon I hope what ever it is.....
I checked the page you indicated and the first post was last month, how is it still under investigation? How can the moderators look into this issue ?
