Same here. How do I get them to look into it as it says its under investigation and the first post was back in August

I checked the page you indicated and the first post was last month, how is it still under investigation? How can the moderators look into this issue ?

My friend when I opened up my game today I did not see the Episode Races so I played one life and lost closed the game then opened it back up and then the Episode Races was back in my game although I miss my Fantastic 5 Team and hope King Games comes up with something just as good or better than involves a Team for us all even though I think they are trying to keep from it......my opinion only....who knows but soon I hope what ever it is.....

Well, apparently my Episode Race is not working now. It seems to be stuck.
As you can see, the race has been over, but there is no change to my gold bars. I am on already on level 4479.

I had the same issue on the episode race on Sept 6th. I finished it and won and claimed 40GB. Sadly, the episode race then immediately disappeared and the GBs never were credited. The race came back a couple of days later, but am still waiting for the GBs!!
I've won a couple more since and just cross my fingers when I claim. So far, it's worked again.
