Hi all Candy Crush players around the world!

We’d like to share some updates regarding the Fantastic 5.

We are heading to the 10 year Birthday of Candy Crush Saga in November. A big celebration is in preparation and many new events, features, surprises and sweet fun are in the making. 

As you have noticed, Fantastic 5 has left the Candy Crush Saga land.

To update the game and make it better, we need to make some space for new features. This means that some old features may need to be removed, such as Fantastic 5. The feature ended after three years of fun team challenges.

Don’t worry, you can still find new friends to connect with through the 'Add more friends' section in your profile.

Why was I removed from my F5 team and put on with no name? I was never asked to leave nor did I want to leave.

What's going on? I want my team back!

In my second account yesterday at 2 pm my win streak was 432 today it's 0?

This is weird, the only thing that comes to my mind is that your team failed to get the award within the requested week and for this reason you have been changed teams. 🤔

Hi @Kerrie I can't answer your issue, but I find it odd that you aren't the only person to have posted about this issue. Keep an eye on the forum if more complaints like this appear then what has happened to you is obviously the result of King tinkering with features again.

@Tess92 As far as I know it is only members of random teams that get moved to another team when they fail to achieve the reward in seven days and not members of Custom Teams.

Yes fantastic five were in both.

Both were custom teams, the one above I created the other I joined.

This was the team I created. Lisa and I were moved to other teams, our points not getting added we can't remove ourselves from that team because in our profile doesn't have this as our team.

This is the team I was moved to.

In my other profile I was only one left on team the others were moved to new teams but it showed them still on my team.

This is the one where my 432+ win streak was cleared.😞

@Kerrie In the account where you have been moved from your Fantastic Five does Fantastic Five still appear in your Features list?

I am trying to understand what is happening here Kerrie as when people leave a team their name disappears from that team. If you search for your team in the Fantastic Five feature does it say that team Play To Win is full?

@Alienscar yes said it's full. I found the link I used to invite someone so tried to go back but said it was full. Because our two profiles show us on the team.

I'm going to try it again since someone left that team.

When I signed in today my points were added to the team they moved me to.
