Hi @Benz313 and @Paty96 - Please click HERE to find out more about the milestone level banners. You should receive them automatically as long as you have the Milestone Badge Feature in Settings checked. However once you have passed a milestone if cannot be manually added. So make sure you activate it so you can get the banner for future milestones. BTW - I don't think there are banners for levels beyond 10000 (I don't have the feature in my settings and I am past level 12,000).
@Jdill4458 - as I mentioned above - that is a game map from Candy Crush Jelly, not Candy Crush Saga and you are not showing level 5000 yet on your game map. When you do reach level 5000 post it HERE for credit with CC Jelly. 😊

Hi @Jdill4458 - I see you are close to level 5000 in Candy Crush Jelly. Make sure you post your 5000 screenshot in the Jelly community when you get there so you can get the 5000 level badge.

The 5000 banner is not awarded thru the community, you get that thru the game itself.

Hi @ManishGohil_17 - you didn’t post a screenshot of your map showing you have completed level 5000. If you don’t post a screenshot the badge will be removed from your profile.
Several of you have said you didn’t get the badge but I have checked your profiles and you all have them.
