Episode race is disappear already 3 days.
i'm level 12396, after i finish episode, i dont get any gold, please help.Thank you.

Yeah....I agree with you that passing levels has become very difficult and now they are making even more so by removing FAV5 (and Episode Race for some of us)....I also hope that whatever they come up with rewards us with even more boosters than FAV5 🤞
@La Ley My F5 is gone and episode race I think still there as I haven't finish the level of starting point yet. There is still have that icon on my left hand side of the map. I'm playing the mobile phone version.

Hello La Ley the issue of the Episode Race disappearing has happened to quite a few people. We have been told that the Race isn't being removed and the issue is under investigation.
To be honest I am a bit worried as this is precisely what we were told when people lost their Fantastic Five back in March.

My episode race disppeared just after I won it! Sadly the 40GB I won also didn't appear!
The race has now returned (it took a few days), but sadly not the GB
I still have the episode race but it's no help to me if I can't clear the levels! And then they took away our team F5 where I was able to work with a team to collect boosters. I sure hope that they introduce something new to replace F5 with the same, if not more, free boosters.

@La Ley, the F5 have been removed from the game. There was an announcement here in the community. HERE.
I haven't had the episodic race for over a year. I play on Win11 and am at the end of the map before there are new levels. I don't know if it has now been removed in principle. That's what a candy Mod can tell you. I haven't read anything about it yet.
F5 has gone. Another way of earning boosters eliminated. I have not had the Episode Race for ages, but I think it might be still around.
The graphics of my game were all messed up, so I completely exited the game, then reopened it and all was well. I play the Win10 version.
Maybe you having issues with your game, mine is still there.
We are currently looking into what could have happened with the Episode Race for some players.

My episode race disappeared on Sept 6th just as I won a race and 40GB - which were never credited. As were 10GB from a choc box at the same time - never credited.
I was told to send a message to customer service with my ID # . This I did. I have heard nothing since.
My episode race came back a few days later, and I did win it and got the GBs this time.

Mine is still gone and has been for a few weeks. There is currently no way at all to win any gold bars. I'm on the last 10 levels currently.

Is there any solution? I'm at Level 12522.
Didn't have the race in the last 2 Episodes and not in the current one, although I've reached the levels demanded by the flag.

Update my episode race came back shortly after I posted my comment on the 17th so I am currently not having any problems with my game thank you 😊

I have been searching for few days thankfully joined this page now. I alike few others was leading last round before finish and it’s disappeared. Pretty disappointing was good way of joining teams for other bonuses
Yes. Mines gone. Was on a 12 episode win streak on 40 gold bars and it’s gone. Poof.

My episode race is always disappeared too, i got it back 3-4 days ago but it said i had to pass some levels first and i did!!! but i didn't get gold or anything so i clicked at flag( for episode race), this time it said i had to pass level 12546 to start the race!
i was upset but after i passed level 12546, my episode race was gone again, disappeared again.SO ANNOYING.

I don’t und what’s the use of weekly contests which are beyond ridiculous I am on 12545 and don’t have a 12000 badge . Now somebody with 6000 badge is competing me in weekly race ,, where I have option of only 45 levels max in a week they can play as many as they want so why and how this is a fair race ?? And end of week if you stood 2 or 3rd what you get as a reward just one color bomb . Like seriously ?? You are doing things just to irritate your players ..
and time to time activities you see the top scorer’s are having 10000+ score as they are playing new levels and score is getting multiplied by 10 whereas for player like me we can max play new level 45 and can never reach such high scores so why you make such shitty contest why ????????? Why no one at development end using reasoning before launching anything for god sake ? That’s me on 4th place .. now how to win this race when I can’t have more than 45 levels per week
Several times I win in the climb challenge like 1hr for color bombs and 30 min stripes and wrapped when I return to gave almost every single time they are not given to me grrr
I have episode races however the game does not give me additional wins (advance me) which I would be in 3rd place. 2nd and 3rd is ridiculous all you get is a color bomb. I have won first several times that reward is awesome @danceforjoy7

Even though it is said this issue is "under investigation" it seems like it is only happening to those of us near the end or waiting for new levels to be released. I have known for a long time that our game is actually being controlled by King developers. We, as players, are at their mercy to pass hard levels or win boosters. They actually teased me by putting the episode race back on my game and taking it away again right after I completed the next required level! I also am shut out of the "cup" race even though all of my friends still have both of these contest! This game is not what it used to be!!
My ring race stopped two weeks ago I didn't get the gold even though I won 6 episodes I cannot participate in the cup And I don't have a 12000 badge even though I'm in stage 12590 I uninstalled the game and then restarted it to fix the problems But I lost all my boosters and nothing changed I can't find it now

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
