Episode race is disappear already 3 days.
i'm level 12396, after i finish episode, i dont get any gold, please help.Thank you.

Yeah....I agree with you that passing levels has become very difficult and now they are making even more so by removing FAV5 (and Episode Race for some of us)....I also hope that whatever they come up with rewards us with even more boosters than FAV5 đ€
@La Ley My F5 is gone and episode race I think still there as I haven't finish the level of starting point yet. There is still have that icon on my left hand side of the map. I'm playing the mobile phone version.

Hello La Ley the issue of the Episode Race disappearing has happened to quite a few people. We have been told that the Race isn't being removed and the issue is under investigation.
To be honest I am a bit worried as this is precisely what we were told when people lost their Fantastic Five back in March.

My episode race disppeared just after I won it! Sadly the 40GB I won also didn't appear!
The race has now returned (it took a few days), but sadly not the GB
I still have the episode race but it's no help to me if I can't clear the levels! And then they took away our team F5 where I was able to work with a team to collect boosters. I sure hope that they introduce something new to replace F5 with the same, if not more, free boosters.

@La Ley, the F5 have been removed from the game. There was an announcement here in the community. HERE.
I haven't had the episodic race for over a year. I play on Win11 and am at the end of the map before there are new levels. I don't know if it has now been removed in principle. That's what a candy Mod can tell you. I haven't read anything about it yet.
F5 has gone. Another way of earning boosters eliminated. I have not had the Episode Race for ages, but I think it might be still around.
The graphics of my game were all messed up, so I completely exited the game, then reopened it and all was well. I play the Win10 version.
Maybe you having issues with your game, mine is still there.
We are currently looking into what could have happened with the Episode Race for some players.

I have a problem with the episode race competition. I did not receive the gold at all after winning and the contestants did not renew with me. I entered the race with the same participants more than ten times, it's stuck
I am at level 14144 and completed 8 levels of current episode but episode race is not appeared please resolve the issue
I failed to und repetitively why only problem with king is with helpful things why donât ever they have anu issue with ways of making money ? Anyways the game is reduced to dissatisfaction but still everyday nagging is just painful . Itâs simply not just about the race , I donât und whatâs the use of weekly contests which are beyond ridiculous I am on 12636 level and donât have a 12000 badge . Now somebody with 6000 badge is competing me in weekly race ,, where I have option of only 45 levels max in a week they can play as many as they want so why and how this is a fair race ?? And end of week if you stood 2 or 3rd what you get as a reward just one color bomb . Like seriously ?? You are doing things just to irritate your players ..
and time to time activities you see the top scorerâs are having 10000+ score as they are playing new levels and score is getting multiplied by 10 whereas for player like me we can max play new level 45 and can never reach such high scores so why you make such shitty contest why ????????? Why no one at development end using reasoning before launching anything for god sake ? Thatâs me on 4th place .. now how to win this race when I canât have more than 45 levels per week

Sometimes I feel this is all purposeful act ! Why only problems happened with events or things which are there to help players . Race is the only option left now atleast to get Gold bars which is important in turn to get boosters but it will have issues now. And itâs already been 3 weeks now . And when raised to customer care they did not understand the problem gravity and just ask to wait

Hi @QueenB @FluffyDinosaur my episode race has been missing again for 3 episodes. The episode I'm on now first showed complete level 13161 then 13162 now 1363 to start the race, which isn't happening, as you will see below. Could King please confirm if there is a problem with the server or if this is another feature being messed around with. Would really appreciate an answer as just about every level I play needs extra moves requiring gold bars. Won't be able to carry on with the way levels are now without the episode race so would be nice to know what is happening. Please don't give the answer that many give of, not all features are a permanent part of the game. As I said above, hardly any of the new levels can be passed without 10 or more gold bars for extra moves. So the episode race should be a permanent feature. Look forward to hearing from you before I carry on. Thank you.

Part way through, and winning the race, it suddenly disappeared. I'm now one game away from finishing the episode, and I'm pretty sure I would've won 30 gold bars. Very disappointed

Just wondering olyamt, but what level are you at? There are issues with the Episode Race that means if you have passed level 10,000 you will find that the Episode Race only turns up sporadically, or not all.
I'm all the way at the end of the rainbow, upper 12k levels. Usually I have to wait until the new episodes are released, but they always come with the episode race. It was never not there. That's how I was able to keep my winning streak to win 40GB by being first.

I just completed the gold bar event and it told me to go to the event page and claim the gold bars. I went to the event page and the gold event bar had actually disappeared. Is this a problem as I couldnât claim them as I was told to do
Well that is interesting @olyamt I was under the impression that not many people received a working Episode Race at the end of the map. It could be then that being at the end of the map has finally caught up with you. There might be something going on at King though because I notice you aren't the only person to have posted about their missing Episode Race.
One other thing I briefly lost my Episode Race a few months ago and when it came back it was the rubbish feature called the Hard Episode Race. In the Hard Race the third to fifth placed players only receive one gold bar. Have you already got the Hard Race? If not then you might be just about to get it.
Don't worry @toon_ada the gold bars are coming later. Don't know exactly when they are coming, but we were all told not to expect the gold bars immediately.
@Crazy Cat Lad Please note that the reward will be given out after the event ended, even though you hit the target earlier.
It makes sense that as the event doesn't finish until the 29th that we won't receive our gold until after that date.

Hi @Tina-42 unfortunately you would only get 500 gold bars from the Candy Royale if you were the only winner. One of your screenshots shows that you and 21 other people completed that particular Royale which means you only won 24 gold bars.
Regarding the Episode Race a number of people have complained that they have won, but their Race has disappeared so there could be an issue going on at the moment

No it would be 1000 gold bars,If you complete 7/7 you win 500 and I won that twice and didnât get neither of them,so that is 1000. Plain simple !!!!! The other issue episode race is another issue they need to fix as well and give the proper bars as well!!!!!!!
Mine disappeared too around the same time. I was on a roll getting 40 gold bars. I hope when it comes back, I'm in the same place, at 40.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and Iâve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
