I am having the same problem as Pierre56. I did all the things kiara wael suggested and I still have the same problem. My screen looks exactly like what alienscar posted and in addition when I go to the shop its a black screen. I am using a Kindle Fire.
This is ongoing. I have tried updating, rebooting, etc. I also had a King account but when I tried to access it, I got the message it didn’t exist. So I created a new account. Hope it doesn’t mess up my passed levels (11,920). Thank you.

I also am having issues with the app store. I see the same thing that Alienscar posted. I have done EVERYTHING mentioned, and it is still not working. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it - LOSING 200 LIVES in the process.
