Who do I contact to let someone know that twice now I've paid for weekly specials, today was 1hr lives ,10 gold bars and 1hr of a booster but I received 30mins and 10 gold bars for th $4.49 .

I am having the same problem. I can not connect to the app stone on my Amazon Fire. I too have tried everything and have lost the big game that is going on. I was on the way to winning.
So thankful it's not just me. I thought I was doing something wrong. Hopefully it gets fixed soon
