Ok here's the deal I also couldn't get my game to load up checked out everything and as a last resort your help comments said to uninstall the game and reinstall to see if that fixes the problem........GRRRR now I can't re-download it on my Amazon fire 7 there's got to be away to repair this ????? I'm very upset 😡 I'm not new to the game either I was about to hit level 3000
