Like other players I cannot access the app store. I'm playing on a Amazon Fire tablet.

I also am unable to contact the app store on my kindle. I see we are all having the same problem but I haven't seen the answer to fix our problem.

Same problem with mine too. Also started yesterday on my fire kindle. I've tried everything not still the same. Ugh. We need answers. I'm on level 12517 its been slot of work don't want to lose my progress.

I'm having the same problem on my Kindle fire. Cannot access the store at all. Just spins and spins. It's saving me money but frustrating when you're so close! I hope it's fixed soon??

I'm having the same problem on my Fire tablet this week. I can't connect to the app store, just spins. My other games can connect. So, for example, I can't pay gold bars to continue to play an episode or see what is available for purchase. I can still send and receive lives. Anything connected to the app store just doesn't work, spinning circles.

I also can't connect to the app store the last few days on my Fire tablet. It's helpful to see others having an issue too. Hope this gets resolved soon!
