I have to agree that there is a bug with the Pumpkin Party release. Once the ad runs, it doesnβt get out of the cycle and I need to close the game and reopen and hope that the ad will not play again. It is really irritating. Asking players to basically reboot the phone is not always the answer when many of use are experiencing the same problem.

You're not alone. I'm having the same issue.
I am trying to complete level 3799. At the end of each attempt the below screen appears. I cannot close this box via the X and carry on and I don't want to purchase either, therefore I have to close the game down each time and restart.
It doesn't happen every time but most, 8 out of 10 plays.
I am playing on Android 11.
Please can someone look at this for me please.

This is still a problem today Monday. Very annoying!
Today, I started to play Candy Crush Saga on my PC with windows 10 App.
My computer keeps freezing after I try to do the booster wheel. The wheel gets stuck in the middle and will not release the booster. I will try to reboot computer.
I rebooted my computer. The Booster Wheel worked and was very slow.
Playing on mobile iOS
The app has been non responsive all weekend
I tried everything suggested NOTHING WORKED
All boosters gone no Time Machine lost almost completed chocolate box
I DELETED THE APP THIS MORNING
I GIVE UP STUCK ON LEVELS FOR DAYS THAT CANNOT BE WON
ITS BORING NO FUN
