Can see new level 2736 available , but is it moving up , why this happen ?? Need uninstall ???
Correction, seems I didn't finish level 2736 on FB. Now I've finished it and it did solve the problem of being stuck on mobile, I have advanced beyond level 2735.
Same here, not moving forward. Tried playing on FB, finished level 2736 and then switched to mobile. But no luck, still stuck. Tried rebooting phone too. I have three android devices with different OS version and I'm stuck on all of them.
Hi Guys: I finally managed to solved. I linked app with Facebook account, then ran the game in Facebook (With Google Chrome), once there, I was taken to the next level; then I came back to the app and I was moved forward as well. Didn't lost any power up.
I have the same issue. I have emailed support 5 times and they keep giving me the same response which doesn't work. Very poor.
I have been stuck at the train tracks after level number 2045 for over a week. I tried to reinstalled the game and written to the support twice. Please help.

I just got my mobile game to advance by playing on my MAC then resetting my phone. Hope this helps.
I just deleted the game of my phone and reinstalled it! Lost all my boosters and still at the same point. My icon is still in limbo between 2735 and 2736! Frustrated!
I also have been trying for 2 days to move on to level 2726 don't want to uninstall as will lose all bonuses

I'm facing the same issue, cannot continue to next level despite having completed level 2725 and updated the App. I've been there for a week now.
I faced the same and it fixed only by reinstalling the game.
But i faced another ploblem that i lost all my stripes,hands...etc
And me tried everything and still not able to move up, must be a glitch in the system

I have exactly the same issue. Updated the game. Stopped it,brebooted my phone.etc. usually I get my new levels on Wednesday afternoon.

Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
