Lost a streak & level because no switches available

Hi guys! I was on a streak of about 11 levels, and got to this level. I was only able to play 1 move before it said no switches available and kicked me out of the game. Annoying that I lost the streak and couldn’t even continue with plenty of moves left!!

Thank you for the feedback , Which device are you play ? If we lose a level then we will lose Win Streak and have to start over again

I didn’t lose the level, but was unable to progress after my first swipe. I had 17 swipes left

Hi there. Unfortunately in some levels if you have bad luck you will be forced to lose a level if there are no switches available. This would reset your streak, it counts as a loss. So sorry, it is just bad luck!! You will win and get your streaks back soon.
