Thank you for the feedback , will pass this to the Game Team and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
It is difficult to answer a question like this accurately @gayatri11 as there are several reasons that could have caused your issue.
The Chocolate Box is a timed event and sometimes you can just run out of time.
Did something happen, like an update, to your device?
King has been known to remove the Chocolate Box in the past, so it could be that they have done so again.
Restart your game and see if your Choclate Box returns to your game.
I was on the final candy box for the week with only 1 challenge left to go. I chose it, played some levels thinking I must be close, so I go and look and its completely gone from my events. What gives? I used a ton of boosters and lives and even gold bars to make sure I could get through the tougher challenges and now its just gone?
@kiara_wael My chocolate box has just disappeared as well. Started a new one, went back to see what I needed next and it wasn't there. Logged off, cleared cache, logged back in and still not there. Could this please be reported. And please don't say it's not a permanent feature otherwise that really could be the last straw.
