I'm down to 5 from 8 lives when playing Candy Crush Saga on my PC since i changed my browser from IE 11 to Google Chrome today. I paid years ago to purchase 8 lives which King.com said this 8 lives purchase is lifetime. I was getting this 8 lives everytime i play Candy Crush on my PC until this morning.
Please advise why i am down to 5 from 8 lives when i play Candy Crush on PC, but am still on 8 lives if i play Candy Crush on my Mobile Phone AND Pad?
I am unable to proceed to stage 2826 if i don't change my browser to Chrome. Since i changed to Chrome, lives cut down from 8 to 5. Please look into my account and help me to restore to 8 lives which i have paid. BIG Thanks.
