2 hours of free lives yes free lives and still I can't get of the level because I've not enough moves to complete it, so in my opinion candy are trying to make me spend money, but not a chance in hell am I adding my bank card back on to this game until the lives return to how it was and the game is made fairer, im sure the free 2 hours of lives are there to encourage to spend and who has 2 hours spare to just sit and play the game for that 2 hours as some of us actually work. It's one tactic after another with Candy.

I've taken up doing nail art now, less stressful and very therapeutic. I don't play the game like I use to, Candy has certainly turned there players away from the game. I've even deleted friends now, I had hundreds but you only need 20 friends for 20 lives anyway, the fun has certainly been taken away from us.

Been on same level 2 whole weeks now, I refuse to spend money on lives when I have them stored.
Looks like the end of the road as boredom has truly set in now, going to use my last 10 lives and scrap this game. I will still be active here but I'm done now. Its not going to change its been like this for months and months all they want is our money, well not from me, bank card got removed months ago. All this game has become is money grabbing and they are greedy bunch. Soon no players will be left.

I have been having the same problem since the update with the birthday celebration
can’t get the GB I have or redeem the royalty keeeps spinning and message can’t connect to app store
For some unknown reason the CC app gives me a message I am not connected to I yet er so it can’t send me rewards
I am connected and I have done everything suggested in troubleshooting except deleting the app I don’t want to lose everything I have

I am stuck on level 12835 and have been for 3 days now. It is a hard level, but not super hard or nightmarishly hard!! I don't have any gold bars to buy the 30 extra moves, and I sent 3 emails to King to please help me pass it, but no answer!! I am going to use up my boosts and then I am done!! I don't enjoy the game anymore, and I will not play any other King games!!! I hate that Microsoft and King games have ruined the game for me, and they say the limit on lives is to keep it low stress, but it has caused stress!! They are a bunch of corrupt money grubbers and only care about the money, and not what the players want!!
