I am in level 8110 in Candy Crush Saga and was playing with my iPad in the morning and checked all assorted boosters were still in my Inventory Profile. When I played in night, I found all my boosters disappeared from my Inventory Profile list. I didn’t do any update or restarting on my iPad but I noticed when I was playing at night the screen frozen so I exited and open again, then I found all my assorted boosters were gone. I did check on my IPhone and fortunately found all my assorted boosters in my Inventory Profile list were there. As I have hundreds of color bombs, coconut wheel, striped /wrapped candy, fish candy, lollipop hammer, switch booster and so on. Please look into the matter so I can have all my boosters back ! Thank you for for assistance.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

I've read that clearing game app's cache - just like re-installation (removing and installing again) - leads to the loss of stored boosters and lives. Is it possible your tablet was running low on memory when it froze, so when you force closed the game it deleted its temp files?
This said, I don't think Support would restore your boosters unless you bought them with real money but you could ask them nevertheless. Thankfully, you still have the boosters (or some others) on your phone, so you could keep playing there and hopefully be able to amass some gold bars which could then be used on your tablet as necessary, since they are not stored locally.

I did logging out & back in but still I couldn’t get my assorted boosters back in my iPad. So I deleted & restarted the app. It is still nothing
I’ve lost all my boosters. I’ve checked my iPad data showing it is ok & I still got my boosters on my iPhone. It’s appreciated if you can help to get my boosters back since they are stored to the device memory.. thank for your help!

Unfortunately, when you delete and reinstall the App you will no longer be able to get your boosters back as being connected to the device memory it is as if you had deleted them voluntarily. Each device is unique, which is why the boosters are still present in your iPhone but not in your iPad.
