I'm sorry to hear you lost your candy. In this case you can contact Player Support and you can do it directly from your device (in this way the support will already have your GAME ID) or from the page that has already been suggested above, but you will have to enter the game ID once you receive the automatic response from support.

Hi, my game hanged and had to reinstall.
i did save my game. The latest level and friends list are intact but I lost all my sweet goodies inventory!!!!!

Hi there, unfortunately reinstalling your game deletes the boosters as they are tied to the memory of the game. You can try filling out the form linked above to see if they can help you :)
