My app crashes every time I try to open it on my iPhone

I haven't received an answer on my earlier questions so I try again... My app crashes every time I try to open it. I have been playing offline so if I delete it my levels will be lost, which means I haven't found a solution based on other questions. I have enough memory on my phone and I have tried to troubleshoot the device and app according to your instructions. What to do? please help...

    Hi Joel, sorry that I wasn't able to respond earlier.  It's been a crazy week.  I'm going to elevate this to a King Admin to see if she can help you.

    Hi Joel, how often are you clearing the history on your phone? Is it updated to the most recent IOS? I clear the history on my iPhone several times during the day. Is that the only device that you use for the game? Can you please on a laptop or pc?

    Hi Elsa!

    The phone is updated to the latest iOS (11.1.2) and there are a few GB memory on my phone, so that shouldn’t be an issue. I cannot play on a laptop since I’ve been playing offline, hence the worry that everything will be lost if I try to reinstall it.
