Hello, unfortunately king does not provide us with the level banner for in game anymore. You can get a banner here in the community but it will not show in game. Great job getting to level 12,000.

I was just inform people here with that information at the time which discussion was written, and now via a lot of players' tries it does not work and badge are not available till now (while i wrote that reply)
Anyway it is just many days and 13000 level will released for mobile devices and we will try after passing it , is there will be a 13000 badge or not

Thanks @Alienscar I don't suppose it will be on King's list of things to look at. I did ask the question in Support, maybe QueenB is waiting for a response from King before replying. But what you have put makes sense we'll either get it or we won't, same as a lot of things with King. Oh well I might play 11000 and 12000 every now and again just in case.
Hi @Carol-38 there is a lot of confusion caused by the Milestone Banner and to be honest I am not 100% sure I understand the mechanics of it.
When the Banner first appeared in the game it was for level 10,000 and people received their Banner automatically after completing the level.
A bit later King introduced the Milestone Challenge which meant that some people only received their Banner if they completed a certain number of really difficult levels. It was after the introduction of the Milestone Challenge that people started to complain that they weren't receiving their Banner for completing a Milestone level.
Shortly after the introduction of the Challenge the Milestone Badge setting was introduced. The purpose of the Milestone Badge setting/feature is to allow you to turn your Banner off and I don't think you need the Milestone Badge feature in order to receive your Banner. I say this because the first people to receive the Banners did not have the Milestone Badge feature.
From reading posts on here though it is apparent that there are a few issues with the Banner.
Some people never get one and some people have one that never gets updated.
I didn't receive a Milestone Banner for Levels 1000 or 2000 and I only got my 3000 Banner after I replayed level 3000.

Hi @kerri thanks. I didn't see what Alienscar had put before, should take more notice. Don't suppose you know if you had it or not when you got your 11000 banner. Guess you probably did and that an update has removed yours, mine and many others. Oh well I guess that's what the problem is and if it's not put back we won't be able to update. I have asked QueenB in support so I might get to find out.
@Carol-38 that's what @Alienscar mentioned awhile ago. I don't have it in my settings now and I haven't changed anything.
Could this be from a update? The banner iny other profiles hasn't updated either.
Hi @adidas11zs1982 yes June was a while ago, but I'm just trying to confirm the reason some of us are unable to get the Milestone Banner, even though we keep trying. It seems possible that if we don't have it in Features to activate we may not be able to get the updated banner. So that was why I was asking if you do or don't have it in your Features. If you don't have it then that wouldn't necessarily be the reason. If you do have it, I will take it that that is the reason. Are you able to confirm either way please. Then if you say you do have it I will stop trying.

The main issue that developers always made changes and a lot of times some players had some advantages , other players don't had it and i do not know the reason and my opinion that is not fair enough for any competitions but it is the fact for who wanna continue playing without feeling bored
I have gone back and played 11000 and 12000 a few times and nothing changes. This was a post from Crazy Cat Lad in June stating that the Milestone Badge in Settings, Features should be activated.
I don't have the Milestone Badge in my Features as you will see below
@terranova11 @Kerrie @adidas11zs1982 @cookiemae do you have the Milestone Badge shown in your Settings, Features. Yesterday I posted in Support asking @QueenB if that could be the reason mine isn't updating. Would be interesting to know if any of you have it.

Hi @terranova11 I'm curious have you tried replaying 11000 to see if you'll get that one?
I replayed it and my banner changed from 10000 to 11000. I passed 12000 but it didn't change. I replay it almost every day but it doesn't change. I think a lot of us are having the same problem.
Played 12000 over and over again, keeps showing 10000 badge
For a long time 10000was the highest yellow banner. It's nice they now have 11000 and 1200 available.
I think all advanced players suffered from the same issue , no one had 11000
