What app version do you have? They supposedly fixed black screens with the 14th Nov update.
I'm still 2 updates behind, as there haven't been confirmations that it's safe to update the game.
Have you tried playing on another device? How about installing an older version there?
Just don't reinstall the game on your main device, as this will wipe out your stored boosters and lives, even if you have a King/FB account.
Hello Alison, it doesn't matter what device you play on, or what version of the game app you have, adverts crashing the game is an issue that King seem unable to solve. Not only that you get people directing you to a thread that says your issue has been fixed when plainly it hasn't.
I have just about given up on using my advert features now as 90% of the time they crash my game. The only adverts I watch now are the ones for 5 moves at the end of a failed level. As I have failed the level already I don't mind if these adverts crash my game as in some ways I haven't then lost anything other than the time wanted as the game restarts.
