Problem with level 897

I think it's a glitch, but no matter what I do, I can't get the 6th cherry to fall to complete the level. I spent a bunch of coins and items to no avail. It would be great to have help and be compensated for the game glitching, but I'm not sure how or where to start.

The thing is that it only spit out all but 1 cherry

I checked the level and there are no problems, even the last cherry falls out. Try turning the device off and on again and let me know if it works. Also try to create a color bomb + a wrapped candy to pass the level, this will save you moves that you will need to drop the last cherry.

I did all of that. Nothing would make the last cherry fall. Like I already said, I used over 50 coins to buy items and generated both stripe and bomb candies. Nothing worked. Which is why I think it was a glitch. But now I'm out all of that stuff and actual money that i used to buy those coins and items. All I'm asking for is to at least be compensated for those items since nothing even worked.

Since this happened, it also destroyed my enormous win streak. Not cool!!

After all the money I spent on this game there really isn't going to be any resolution!? Just, try again!? If that's the case, this game won't get another cent out of me. I've never made any complaints about Candy Crush and this is how I get treated. Very disappointing.

I've encountered the same issue.It appears when a void is immediately below the cherry dispenser. Since there is no candy to displace,the dispenser never gets triggered. And the 6th cherry never falls. I got the first 5 immediately and spent a dozen turns removing massive amounts of candies without the cherry falling and my massive win streak being destroyed
