We are very sorry for your trouble but we will be happy to help you with correct information. Since you are unable to access your email it will not be possible to retrieve your original game progress as your original game progress was saved via that email.
However, we have other ways to get your game progress back manually ie you need to create a new account and we will be able to manually set your game progress to that account.
In short, you can start the game from the level you were at, with a new account, and let us know if you want to.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, take a note of your user ID by going to My Account (from the landing page or via settings in-game) and double tapping on the King logo at the top to reveal your user ID.
With this and some screenshots of your progress (latest map position where your level and gold bars are clearly visible) to hand, you can write to Support either from inside the game app or by going to the support page here: https://soporto.king.com
You can then describe the situation and drop a link to this very thread where help was offered to you, just in case you get a different response.
By the way, have you linked your game only to a King account? What about your Facebook profile?

You can log in with your Facebook profile but in order to do that you gotta log off of your King account first. If this is the first time you're doing it, it should link both accounts, thus syncing your progress, enabling you to change devices.
A word of warning though - once you've logged off, it will not be possible to log back in, since you don't remember your password, and there's always a chance your progress will reset to level 1. I hope this won't happen, since you don't have other accounts but you never know.
This said, you should proceed with caution and make sure you have all the screenshots you might need for your support ticket.
Since your Kingdom account is not active, you will not be able to sync it with Facebook. If you already have a Facebook account, uninstall and reinstall the game app, then connect the game to your Facebook account.
