I was at 3065 level and from today I am showing back @ 2825, Even in HTML 5 test OUR BROWSER SCORES 528 OUT OF 555 POINTS..please fix this ASAP
So, gave up on Chrome, switched to firefox, works fine. Issue is with Google Chrome, perhaps?
After deleting the game from FB and attempting to restart it, I can no longer connect my Win10 app to the FB version. Help?
Followed all your steps and the in-Facebook app still only shows to level 2825. Any other ideas?
I was always connected to facebook and I had to uninstall and I lost the last levels of progress. already probe of everything and nothing.

If your game has switched back to the old version of some reason with only 2825 levels, first make sure you play on a supported browser - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera and that the browser is up to date.

After this reinstall the game:
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser and reinstall the game
If you have the game saved as a bookmark on your browser, please remove it and always use the game shortcut up to the right on your Facebook instead. Bookmarks on the browser can redirect the game to an old version.
In Google Chrome you can clear the cookies as well with these steps:
1. Paste this in the address bar in Google Chrome and press enter:
chrome://settings/content/cookies?search=cookies
2. Choose "See all cookies and site data"
3. Write in the search field up to the right "Candy" and delete every single cookie that come up
If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook:

Don't have an answer, just the same question. I have updated Chrome twice, same error. I have the Win10 app version that still lets me play my current level (3060), but the FB version is locked up.C'mon, King, any ideas?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
