Actually, there's a problem with the level sync. My current level should be 4205 but the game goes back to level 830 every time. Can anyone help on this? Many thanks!

Do you play only on 1 device?
Is your profile picture intentionally black (i.e. showing nothing) or is it also bugged?
Have you tried replaying levels 833 and especially 834 which is marked as not completed yet? 🤔

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
