I can't buy using my gold bars.

I have a problem with my game and I don't know to solve it. It's not an internet connection issue because I'm still able to watch ads and get boosters. I just can't seem to connect to the candy crush shop, after I lose a game I cannot see the part that would allow me to continue for a certain number of gold bars and I cannot upgrade my buggy bank because they all require the shop but I can't seem to connect to it. Please help

Thank you but I've already done all of that as I saw in the previous complaints somebody had the same problem that I have.

So I followed the same steps they were given to fix this - I logged out and restarted my device and logged back in - but the issue still remained.

When were you last able to contact the app store?
Has anything changed since - switched devices, your phone's software got an update or anything else that might have lead to this outcome?
What's your country of residence?
Have you tried playing on the browser version on Facebook's website to see if the error persists? What about another device - another phone or the Windows game version?
Are you logged into your Google account? Just go to the (Google) Play Store to see if you're logged in.

Bear in mind it could just be a temporary server connection issue that King gotta deal with, not you.
