All of my boosters are gone!

Question

I played Candy Crush once before and the game glitched and I got mad so I deleted the app, and then realized that I had lost all of my progress so I gave up on Candy Crush completely. A few years later I thought I would try again and this time, I synced my phone with my Facebook account so that I wouldn't lose my progress. Well, sure enough, I am still at the same level and have the same amount of gold... but my 50+ color bombs, 32 free switches, 2 party blast etc.... are ALL missing and it is asking me to purchase them. I worked so hard getting all of those and my account IS synced to my Facebook profile. How do I get these boosters back? I feel extremely frustrated.

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.  For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
