I made a payment based on the offers I got. Payment was successful feom my bank account, but candy crush said it was unsuccessful. Now money is deducted from my bank account and to get the refund back?

Please contact Apple, Google or the company that handles your in-game purchases directly to get a refund.
Note that they may not refund any purchases when you have let another person to access your device, account and therefore given the permission to access your payment details or not had your Apple-ID or Google Play account protected by a password or a pin.
Please make sure that your Apple-ID or Google Play account has a pin or password requirement or remove your payment details from the account.
