You continue to override my selection to have music and sound effects off on this game. I will continue to not spend any money until you STOP IT. I am not clearing my history, I am not resetting anything. I am going back and forth between my newsfeed and your game which you apparently cannot fix the glitches with.

We're aware that you might have issues with the sound settings resetting but unfortunately due to a small player base impacted by this, the game team is not able to set investigating this as a priority.
Like Elsa suggested before clearing the cache may help to resolve the issue right away. Or you can open the game on another supported browser: https://goo.gl/gufptg
Alternatively if you are playing on a Windows 10 machine you can play the game on the app which you can download from the Store: https://goo.gl/xaX2at
Just be sure to connect the game to your Facebook account so you'll be able to pick up where you had left off in Facebook.
