Game reverts to earlier level I already passed

Question

Candy Crush Saga - last night FB version kept reverting to earlier played and passed level. King Version stayed up with my level.  Tonight both versions are taking back to earlier level already played!  I've gone several levels passed 1770 but the game keeps taking me back to this level.  In passing the levels after level 1770, I used several items like the pink tick and bomb / strip combo etc.  Can't get these back either.  Not fair.  How can I prove that I passed several levels after level 1770?  And importantly, how can I get to the correct level I should be on? And also, why are fb version and King version not keeping sync'd last night (although tonight, both ARE sync'd but both keeping me at previously passed level)

Hi Kerry, sorry for the delay in posting here but thank you very much for posting your issue here on King Care?  Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile?  Either way, please try to clear the history as often as possible.  Please give me more information then I can guide you better.
