No rewards when I hit the Jackpot

I landed on Jackpot in Candy Crush Saga.  I was so excited that I took a screenshot.  Unfortunately, I didn't receive anything.  It just said to "Come back later for another spin."  Can you assist me?  I have emailed your Customer Care service, twice, but I only get a bot response.  Thank you kindly...

No I'm definitely not a bot response and those have to be very weird!  I must have misread your message and thought that it was a purchase.  I don't believe that you can get compensated for an unpurchased item but I have a way for you get free boosters and you don't have to wait to hit the jackpot again.  Have you ever tried the sugar drop challenge?  You can get up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours.  I play the sugar drops twice per day.  I'm going to give you a link to learn more about it and another link telling you the best levels to get the sugar drops.  Try that and you'll be surprised how fast those boosters build up.  Here is the link:
