Absolutely terrible and this is not the first time this has happened either! Seems like it has happened to many others as I read through the comments and some people have over a million blues , like seriously?? This is just so wrong & I spent $20.00 last week on boosters and TBH to me that is a lot of money right now and I never should have spent it but I was so excited for the contest!!! All I get is frustrations from this game anymore...used to be so fun to play but I really hate getting ripped off and that is exactly what is happening! Sorry for my rant I guess I needed to vent. Sorry to you for getting booted out as well, Hopefully they get their act together soon.

I qualified for the final round of the Winter Cup but the event has completely disappeared on me ever since I tried claiming my prize from the semi-final round. I have logged in and out of the app many times since the final round began, I’ve logged out of account and back in again, and I’ve restarted my phone but I’ve seen neither hide nor hair of the Winter Cup event since the semi-final round ended. Is there anything else I can do to try and force the event to appear in my game or am I doomed to miss out on the final round for no apparent reason?
