Am totally lost

Hi everyday when we all get a chance to play “ cotton candy climb “ and we get all the little boosters - why do they not appear on the game when u go back into it again …..mine are never there and it’s very frustrating- I do buy a lot of gold bars and other things but when I get this for fee it’s not there 😢😢😢

Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game and, therefore, are not designed to be there permanently.
