Gold bars purchased but not received.

I had 197 gold bars and paid $2.99 twice for 120 gold bars from 2 full piggy bank a week back. But did not receive it. I send a message to Tony informing this last week and haven't received any reply yet.

And while playing the game I was about to fall and accidentally pressed 6 hr life. Got stripped of $69 gold bars. Please please please help.

If you know to charge and not add the gold bars, you should know to refund or rectify the mistake. A copy paste answer isn't acceptable.

I was charged 69 gold bars and IT DID HAPPEN. I expected a better response rather than you ignoring a request from someone who has paid so much while playing the game. Shame.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
