Why are my lives being reset back to zero daily and sound being turned back on?

Everyday my lives are set back to zero. I also have to turn the sound and music off. Really about done with this, as there are other games on here that I don't have that problem. If it is money your trying to get, that isn't gonna happen. Don't have any and if did, I definitely have better things to use it for.

This isn't normal game behaviour. It's likely your device is causing the issue. Do your boosters also reset?
What do you mean, actually? You lose your lives that others send you or something else? There's a daily limit of 20 lives you can use. What exactly is being set to 0? 🤔

Were you actually logged in with your Facebook account before changing phones and connected to the Inherent? Do you still have your older phone?
What do you see when you open the browser version of the game? Level 1 or 3500?
If things still don't seem right, you need to write to Support with a request to manually restore your levels. Tell them your user ID and Facebook account and better provide some screenshots as well. If they agree to do it, they won't be restoring your gold bars, assuming you had any.

Tried another browser?
Care to try the standalone Windows version then? You can download it from Microsoft's App Store, assuming you have a Windows computer.
Any reason why you don't want to play on your phone or tablet? Pretty sure the browser version is bugged and ads never work there.

Thank you for the feedback, if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device.

I also have this problem. I use Win10, Facebook platform, never clear my cache, but in recent weeks the game keeps coming up with 'update to terms and conditions' and clearing the lives I've had, with all game features being presented as if I'm new to the game. However, everything else (boosters) stays in place. Sound comes back on as well, just like the original poster.
I have changed nothing, it's just started happening regularly in the last few weeks. Very annoying!
