Care to elaborate? Do you get an error message? Are you unable to get online on both your mobile and wi-fi connections? What device do you have?
Are you new to the game? Has this problem occurred recently?
Make sure your game app is allowed Internet access.
Just don't reinstall your game if you have boosters or unsaved progress before exhausting all other options.

Thank you for the feedback. Your game app is corrupted and you need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.
