We’ve recently had reports of several problems across our games. Players of our mobile games have found they are having difficulty installing games, and they cannot play levels, make purchases or open the store. They cannot play ads, or they cannot log in.
Also, some players on our Facebook platform cannot load games.
We’re very sorry if any of these problems affect your gameplay and for any inconvenience caused.

Will you notify the community when this issue is fixed? It is very frustrating, thanks.
What about losing gold bars? Candy crush froze when I was buying extra lives for 10 bars when I went back in my bars went from 216 minus the 10 then looked again and I have 194 gold bars now. I'm not the best player and it takes me ages to accrue them so I'm quite disappointed this has happened. I'll look again to see if it's changed.

My game is now ok on my iPhone. My iPad is still showing no events Says sweet events coming soon.
How and where do I put where I’m from so I will stop getting emails asking where I’m from?
haha Pretty sure you already have commented in that annoying thread (a few times, actually). Unfortunately, this forum doesn't let you disable notifications for specific discussions. So you must disable notifications for all threads.
Head to your notification settings and disable e-mail notifications for the very last one - discussions you've participated in.
