can't log in via PC

I am a player from China, playing both PC and Android. I was able to update the process, but since 1 or 2 years ago, only Android can log in King account, while the PC game always shows that there was a connection error when I was trying to log in to my King account, no matter with or without VPN.

It has bothered me for a long time, looking forward to your reply.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

You need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.
